Catching up!

Wow! It has been a long time since I have written anything on my blog. Let me catch you up a bit. Many things have happened since then!

Dan and I found out we were having our first child in June. The little one is due March 2nd! We are very excited and can't believe how fast time has gone. I am starting my 8th month of being pregnant and only 7 weeks to go until we meet our little one! It sure has been interesting but a wonderful beautiful miracle that I have been experiencing.

I have lots of pictures of Dan remodeling the house and of course baby room picture! I will post thoughs shortly!

Exciting times

Hello All!
So I am starting a blog because I think it will be a fun thing to do. Dan and I have so many new things going on in our lives I thought this would be a good way to keep everyone posted on the house and any other new things that may come up. Be patient with me because I am new at this whole blog thing!

First of all, Dan and I will be celebrating our one year on the 4th of July. I cant believe its already been one year. Time sure flies by. Many things have happened within this year. Dan and I got married , moved to West Des Moines and in April we bought our first home. We truly love our home although it is a bit of a fixer upper we are having fun with it. Dan's Dad and brother have been great helping us remodel our bathroom. They know everything about everything and we are so happy to have them help us and teach us all the tricks. Before we remodled the bathroom Dan could hardly fit in it because it is very small. Now it is a completely different bathroom and Dan actually fits! I will post up pictures of before and after shots of the house. It is still a workin process but eventually will all be done.
